Dave Gaier, poured and talking about "Downunder" wines for the NY Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. Guests tasted two red and two white wines including a Chardonnay, a Sauvignon Blanc, a Pinot Noir and a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. These are some of the great varietals for which Australia is known, and Dave picked these as high-end yet value-priced examples.
